THIS IS WHY WE LIKE SPORTS

This pub’s owners like sport, as you may have guessed from the pub’s name, but we don’t offer a gymnasium as part of our facility. The truth is that we like to watch sport (it’s too hot for a gymnasium in the summer) and, to this end, there are seven flat screen televisions in all, plus a big screen projector. This may sound like overkill, but this is a big pub with a large outside terrace and our aim is that wherever you sit you can comfortably watch the action.

The action might include football, rugby (World Cup this summer), boxing, tennis (Wimbledon), Formula 1 or, if you like your sport to be more sedate – even cricket… Clearly with this many screens, all supported by digi-boxes offering Sky, Setanta, BT and Beinsport, if it’s on TV anywhere you’ll find it here.

In fact, at the Sports Café we go the extra mile: if you’re coming to Ibiza with a group, let us know which event you’ll want to see and we’ll lay it on especially for you.
